Product Decision Log
This section records key product and architecture decisions made during the design of CYC Assess. Each decision is documented as an Architecture Decision Record (ADR) capturing the context, options considered, decision made, and rationale.
ADRs are immutable once accepted. If a decision is reversed, a new ADR is created referencing the original.
